Joining the WRCF is simple!

So what happens after I fill out the Membership form?
We will usually process your application in two to four weeks.  After it has been processed, we will send you a welcome letter, your membership card, and the latest copy of the Magick Words (our newsletter).

Why does it take so long?
The WRCF is a volunteer organization.  That means that everything you see us doing, from the Sabbats to the Picnic, is run by volunteers.  We have no paid staffers or employees.  Because of that, we can't promise you that we will get our membership packet off to you the day after we receive your membership application and fees.  We do our best and have recently cut down the time it takes to get everything moving.  Our membership is very important to us and we are working on ways of better serving that membership and coordinating our volunteers.

How do I check on my application?
There are three ways to check on your application.
1. Email us from the contact page.  Please include your name, address and the date you submitted the application in the message.
2. Call us at 321-285-7462.  Leave a message with your name, address, and the date application was submitted, along with a way of getting in contact with you.
3. Speak to either the Member's Advocate or another WRCF board member at an event and give them some of the above information so they can rely to the appropriate party or research it.

What happens after I join and receive my membership packet?
Well, that all depends on you.  As a member of the WRCF, you would be eligible for member discounts at local shops, WRCF events and classes.   Participation in any WRCF activity is purely voluntary. Your attendance at Sabbats, classes and events is up to you, as is your assistance at those events. Of course, we encourage our members to be active and involved, but we do not make it a condition of your membership.  The WRCF has several different committees and groups that you can join or assist. For information on those groups, please visit the "How to Get Involved" page or contact us at an event.
