Why Join the WRCF?

Because by joining the WRCF, you help to support and stabilize a unique community in Florida, one that has been in existence for over 20 years.  A community that while loosely based on Wiccan principles is open and accessible to people of many different and beautiful paths.  By joining, you help to ensure that events such as the Pagan Picnic, Moon Circle and Sabbats continue to take place and grow.  Without the financial support of its members, the WRCF could not exist and would not be able to host the variety of events which it currently holds each year.

The WRCF is a unique volunteer organization.  All of our activities are organized and run by volunteers.  We have no paid employees and do not require our members to volunteer.  It is encouraged but not required.  Members of the WRCF have the power to change and refocus the organization if they so choose by opting to become a voting member after one year of the membership or by volunteering on one of the many organizational committees.  Members are welcome to attend monthly Board Meetings and participate in discussion.

The WRCF offers its members a number of discounts at local stores, a newsletter published eight times a year as well as discounts to WRCF events and classes.  A list of discounts is available in the newsletter.

Membership in the WRCF is open to the Pagan Community, meaning you do not have to follow any particular path to become a member.  Members agree to abide by the Code of Ethics listed on the membership application.  After one year of membership, members have the option of becoming a voting member.  Voting members agree to abide by the principles contained in the Wiccan Rede and to maintain the character of the WRCF.  Voting members do not have to declare themselves Wiccan.  The opinions, paths and traditions of all of the WRCF members are respected equally.
